10 (Ten) x Field Monitors: Local Initiatives and Development (LID) Agency

Local Initiatives and Development (LID) Agency is a registered Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 15/2015) whose vision is that of “Resilient Communities free from Poverty”. The organization has active programs and operation in Chirumanzu, Shurugwi, Zvishavane and Mberengwa districts covering WASH, climate change and natural resources management, agriculture and food security, health and education interventions. LID Agency has the following vacancies for the WFP funded Lean Season Assistance (LSA) program covering Mberengwa district.

Responsibilities
Community mobilization, sensitization and direct programme implementation at ward level; Coordinating training activities alongside Government technical extension officers based at ward level; Take full responsibility of leading and facilitating the selection of people to be assisted and registration of the same into the corporate registration platform; Generation of monthly programme implementation report including a clear highlight of the challenges, best practices and recommendations.

Qualifications
A minimum qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field; A degree and relevant work experience will be added advantage; Ability to ride a motor bike is also an added advantage; Good communication skills
